It's simple...remove the MouthGuard from the ventilated plastic container and place it in a bowl of boiling water. Remove after it has been in the water for a minute. Don't burn your fingers! Place the MouthGuard in your mouth and bite down slowly. Hold your bite for a minute or so. The mouthguard should take shape.
This mouthguard can be used for kids too! Just trim along the back of the mouthguard for a perfect fit.

100% satisfied with this mouth guard. I had no issues forming the mouth guard. It's more comfortable than guards I've used In the past but still sturdy. Breathing is also effortless, like it's not even in your mouth.
